Summary: This position combines client relationship and management with strategic analysis, involving the search for and recruitment of experts for diverse assignments. Highlights: 1. International team and career advancement opportunities **YOUR ROLE:** --------------- Combines client relationship, client management, and strategic analysis. Being a consultant at Xperts Council means independently handling assignments requiring expert sourcing. Our consultants form a multicultural team representing seven nationalities; nearly half of our business comes from international clients—so geographic boundaries simply do not apply to us. Within a few weeks, you will be in direct contact with the client: challenging their brief, conducting sector-specific analysis, and launching your expert search. You will identify suitable profiles, contact them to assess relevance, and convince them to commit. Your role does not end there—you must then present your selected candidates to the client and convince them of these candidates’ value and expertise. Over time, your responsibilities expand to include broader client relationships, eventually managing some of our prestigious clients.
