The company offers both collections from core suppliers and its in\-house brand, **CALM by CREW**, consciously produced and distributed via its EU warehouse in Portugal. **KEY QUALIFICATIONS:** * **Fluent English** for daily communication with the UK team. * Strong **problem\-solving** skills and ability to **multitask** efficiently across various projects. * Proficient in GOOGLE WORKSPACE and **WMS** Systems **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** **MAIN DUTIES** **Picking/Storage** * Picking stock * Packing and labelling of picked goods * Record and communication with Warehouse Team Lead about all the picking activities * Update of all stock files/systems * Goods storage * Stock checking and adjusts **Goods In/Goods Reception** * Unloading goods from couriers/factories * Count and check each item received against packing lists from suppliers (production, purchasing) or clients (returns). (quantities, sizing item description, style, colours) * Record and communication with Warehouse Team Lead about all the Goods In activities. **Goods Out/Goods Dispatch** * Shipments checking against delivery notes for clients. (quantities, sizing, item description, style, colours) * Communication with Warehouse Team Lead and CS Team about all the shipments checking (discrepancies, box count, delivery address). * Shipments preparation.
