Profile: At least 10 years of professional experience in similar roles; Experience in Finishing Works and Rehabilitation Projects (preferred); Leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills; Valid driver's license (mandatory). Responsibilities: Team management on site, coordination of subcontractors, and workforce coordination; Ensuring project compliance during execution and adherence to technical standards; Implementing and enforcing safety and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations; Ensuring defined quality levels in the final product, complying with applicable standards and regulations.
