Continuous safety training and provision of professional tools **ABOUT US** Lucena \& Lucena is a cleaning and maintenance services company. We are expanding our specialized team in the **Porto** area with **new employees** for glass cleaning. **THE ROLE** Technical and specialized work in **cleaning glass surfaces** (facades, windows, shopfronts, and similar). A role combining precision, strict safety standards, and regular work at height. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Cleaning glass on facades, windows, shopfronts, and other glass surfaces * Working at height (ladders, scaffolding, suspended platforms, elevating work platforms) * Operating specialized tools: professional squeegees, applicators, scrapers * Traveling to various clients within the Porto area * Strict compliance with safety regulations for working at height * Team-based work **REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)** * **Prior experience in glass cleaning** * **Comfort working at height** * **Full-time availability** * Sense of responsibility and strict adherence to safety protocols **WE VALUE** * **Driver's license category B** *(preferred)* * Experience with ropes / rappelling work * Training or certification in working-at-height safety * Experience operating elevating work platforms **WHAT WE OFFER** * Salary commensurate with the specialization required for this role * Meal allowance * Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) and professional tools * Continuous safety training * Integration into a stable team * Job stability within a growing company Work location: On-site
