Continuous and appropriate training A boutique hotel located in the downtown area of Porto is looking for a dynamic and dedicated professional for the Night Auditor position. If you are passionate about hospitality and wish to join a dynamic and welcoming team, we would love to meet you! **Requirements:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (Night Auditor, Front Desk, or related areas); \- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus; \- Customer orientation and service quality focus; \- Attention to detail and work accuracy; \- Enthusiasm for teamwork and delivering excellent service; \- Punctuality and attendance reliability; \- Availability to work night shifts and rotating days off; \- Ability to work autonomously and responsibly during night hours. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform check-in and check-out, reservations, billing, and other duties inherent to the role; \- Manage the hotel's reservation platform; \- Ensure guest reception upon arrival at the hotel, guaranteeing high-quality welcome and providing information regarding hotel operations, concept, and local tourism; \- Establish contact with guests and/or potential guests via available platforms; \- Handle requests and complaints and ensure their timely resolution. **What We Offer:** \- Salary above market average; \- Meal allowance; \- A welcoming work environment with a young and dynamic team; \- Opportunities for professional growth and development; \- Continuous and role-appropriate training.
