RESPONSIBILITIES: - Training of Rookies (existing team) - Theoretical and practical mentoring: - Facilitate integration and adaptation of new real estate consultants - Deliver training sessions and develop available materials in an educational manner. - Monitor trainees’ performance, provide feedback, and offer necessary support for their professional development; - Collaborate with the Human Resources department to identify training needs and implement required solutions. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; - Experience in the real estate sector. - Strong leadership and communication skills; - Results-oriented mindset; - Commitment to fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
