Coordinate activities to ensure quality and efficiency We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead and supervise the cleaning and housekeeping team, ensuring excellence in hygiene, maintenance, and presentation standards of all areas. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring team activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff\/cleaning assistants Develop and organize work schedules Conduct room\/apartment or area inspections Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities Request replenishment of supplies when necessary Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards Train and guide team members Monitor preventive maintenance and report required repairs Prepare operational reports Requirements Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Cleaning Supervisor Completed high school education (technical course in hospitality or related fields preferred) Leadership and strong communication skills Organizational ability and attention to detail Knowledge of team control and management
