Excellent working environment #### **About the CNC Programmer Role** We are looking for a CNC/CAM Programmer with experience in programming and optimizing machining processes, capable of developing efficient and high-quality programs using specialized software, ensuring compliance with customers' technical requirements and contributing to continuous improvement of production processes. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Develop efficient and high-quality machining programs using CAM applications, notably FeatureCam, CamWorks, SolidWorks, and PowerMill; * Optimize, correct, and update machining programs, ensuring their efficiency and reliability; * Understand and leverage the capabilities of CNC equipment and cutting tools applied across various machining processes; * Apply solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, including milling, turning, EDM, wire erosion, and grinding; * Define and optimize cutting strategies, with particular focus on milling and wire erosion; * Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities detected during the production process; * Ensure fulfillment of quantities and deadlines specified in manufacturing orders; * Comply with and promote adherence to internal procedures as well as safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness according to the 5S methodology; * Actively contribute to continuous improvement of production processes and enhancement of operational efficiency. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education and Experience** * Proven experience as a CNC Programmer; * Experience using CNC and CAM programming software; * Knowledge of software such as Mastercam, Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain, or equivalent systems; * Solid understanding of machining processes and materials; * Experience in industrial production and CNC machining environments. ### **Technical Skills** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Proficiency in CNC programming and optimization of machining toolpaths; * Knowledge of cutting strategies and tool selection; * Understanding of milling, turning, EDM, wire erosion, and grinding processes; * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and industrial organization principles. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * High sense of responsibility and precision; * Strong attention to detail; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement; * Good teamwork skills; * Effective communication and collaboration abilities in an industrial context. ### **We Offer:** * Integration into a reference project through the LUZA Group; * Contractual terms commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Access to benefits and conditions offered by the LUZA Group; * Professional stability and ongoing support; * Career development and progression opportunities; * Excellent working environment.
