We are looking for an **Office Assistant** to strengthen our **Offices Operations** team. As an **Office Assistant**, your mission will be to support our clients with logistical and operational tasks related to workplace management, building genuine partnership-based and close relationships.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Welcoming, guiding, and supporting clients in using the space;
* Performing reception duties, e.g., managing correspondence, answering phone calls, sending emails, and booking and preparing meeting rooms;
* Ensuring interactions with clients, visitors, and colleagues comply with current internal procedures;
* Identifying and reporting improvement opportunities to ensure client satisfaction;
* Supporting the management team with administrative tasks or other activities taking place at the Center.
**What we expect from you:**
* Experience in hospitality or similar fields (mandatory requirement);
* Strong customer orientation;
* Ability to manage tasks and adapt to change;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Initiative and autonomy;
* Good written and verbal communication skills;
* Proficiency in *office tools (*Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
* Good command of English.
