Teamwork and communication **Location:**Felgueiras, Felgueiras, PT **Job Family:** Manufacturing **Country/Region:** Portugal **Role:** Ensure the security of facilities, people, and assets by maintaining active surveillance, controlling access, and responding effectively to incidents, including emergencies such as fires and disasters. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct surveillance of facilities and perimeters. * Perform access control for employees, visitors, and suppliers. * Monitor security systems and alarms. * Respond to risk or emergency situations. * Execute initial response actions for fires and other critical incidents. * Support emergency and evacuation plans. * Prepare incident logs and reports. * Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies during emergencies. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in private security and/or firefighting (preferred). * Basic knowledge of fire suppression and emergency procedures. * Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * Ability to remain calm and act under pressure. * Availability for shift work. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Required Knowledge:** * Minimum compulsory education level. * Training/certification in private security (valued). * Training in fire suppression and first aid (preferred). *Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.
