Summary: This role involves shaping end-to-end Web and E-commerce experiences by translating business needs into scalable digital solutions across multi-market platforms. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and validate business needs **Job Purpose** * Serve as both the voice of the business and the customer in shaping the end\-to\-end Web and E\-commerce experience, and act as a functional expert in digital platform behaviour and content operations. * This role combines business analysis and systems analysis capabilities to translate requirements for discoverability, content, trading, and checkout flows into technically sound, scalable, and supportable digital solutions across our multi\-market websites and applications. **Duties \& Responsibilities** * Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business needs and opportunities. * Translate business and product requirements into technical designs and user stories with acceptance criteria. * Analyse system behaviour, data flows, and interactions across platform components and services. * Support backlog refinement, development, testing, and UAT processes. * Act as subject matter expert for platform capabilities, configurations, and interfaces. * Facilitate workshops, user research, and process mapping activities. * Ensure non\-functional requirements (scalability, performance, support) are captured. * Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and platform capability. **Education Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. * Agile BA or Systems Analysis training preferred. **Experience Requirements** * 3\+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or digital product delivery roles. * Experience with digital platforms, APIs, and data\-driven systems in an agile environment. **Required Knowledge, Technical, Professional and Soft Skills** * Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and facilitation skills. * Understanding of integration, platform services, user flows, and data models. * Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives effectively. * Comfortable working across developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders. **Additional Information** * Hybrid role with occasional workshop facilitation or stakeholder engagement required.
