Then this opportunity is for you! **Role:** QA Lead/Test Manager **Location:** Hybrid 3x per week \- Porto **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate the testing lifecycle, with focus on UAT planning, execution, and sign\-off; * Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements validation and test coverage; * Support and guide business users during business testing phases; * Track and report defects, risks, and testing progress; * Facilitate communication between Business and IT teams; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA and UAT practices. **Required Requirements:** * Experience in **Test Coordination** / **Test Management**; * Strong **stakeholder management**, especially with business users; * Experience in **UAT planning** and **execution**; * Good understanding of test processes and lifecycle; * Ability to translate business needs into test scenarios; * Experience with reporting and defect management; * Experience working in **Agile** environments; * Familiarity with tools such as **Jira** and **Xray**; * **Fluency in English** (C1 level), able to interact with business stakeholders. ***If you think you're a good fit, don't hesitate to apply for this opportunity.***
