You will serve as a creative ambassador—not only for your store’s image but also for Primark—by collaborating with the Country Visual Merchandising Manager. As Visual Merchandising Manager, you will influence and manage the visual merchandising team to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Specifically, you will be responsible for the attractive and commercially effective product presentation and for correctly implementing displays—both in windows and inside the store—to strengthen Primark’s brand image, improve customer shopping experience, and increase sales. **How Would We Like You To Be?** You will have prior experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager and be able to demonstrate your creative ability, as well as your capacity for collaboration and influence at all levels. Your attention to detail, knowledge of trends, and ability to coordinate and implement products across diverse ranges—from women’s apparel to home accessories—in a creative manner are essential for this role.
