Dynamic and collaborative team We Are Looking for an HR Manager Forte Store is one of Portugal's largest multi-brand retail companies and is experiencing strong growth. We aim to build a robust culture that attracts top talent, motivates teams, and prepares future leaders. To achieve this, we seek an HR Manager who serves as the bridge between management and employees, with a focus on talent acquisition, career development, and performance management. What We Are Looking For * Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in large-scale organizations or the retail sector. * Strong knowledge of the Portuguese Labor Code and national labor legislation. * Proficiency in payroll processing. (Mandatory) * Proven experience in recruiting and selecting diverse profiles (from sales staff to managerial roles). * Ability to design and implement career development plans, performance evaluation systems, and benefits policies. * Excellent communication skills and ability to engage closely with teams while maintaining fairness and firmness. * Strategic yet operational mindset — someone capable of envisioning the future while effectively addressing day-to-day challenges. Key Responsibilities * Recruit and onboard top talent across all company departments. * Implement career development and internal promotion plans, valuing internal talent. * Develop performance evaluation systems linked to rewards and advancement. * Serve as the face of HR for all employees, fostering trust and motivation. * Ensure full compliance with labor legislation and manage disciplinary procedures rigorously. * Support management in building a strong, high-performance, and people-oriented culture.
