




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact, build and maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate contracts. Key Highlights: 1. Develop trusted consulting relationships with key accounts Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients * Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits * Develop trusted consulting relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors * Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and services in accordance with client needs and objectives Qualifications: * Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or related role * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives * Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., ACT, Salesforce CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (especially MS Excel) * Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions aligned with client needs * Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Meal card/voucher * Free parking * Health insurance * Transportation allowance
