We are looking for an Operations \& Logistics Specialist to support transportation, warehouse and distribution activities while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service. **Position Summary** -------------------- The Operations \& Logistics Specialist plays a key role in coordinating shipments, managing warehouse activities and supporting transportation operations. This position ensures the seamless handling of time\- and temperature\-sensitive products through proactive planning, shipment monitoring and close collaboration with customers, carriers and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments using internal transportation systems. * Support shipment planning, routing and operational execution to ensure on\-time delivery. * Maintain proactive communication with customers and provide shipment status updates. * Prepare and verify shipping documentation, labels and customs\-related paperwork. * Handle, package and prepare shipments, including cold chain and temperature\-controlled products. * Manage warehouse inventory, packaging materials and temperature\-control supplies. * Coordinate pickups, deliveries and transportation providers to ensure service excellence. * Monitor shipment milestones, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety and transportation regulations (IATA, ADR, GDP, etc.). * Operate company vehicles and support collection and delivery activities when required. * Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous process improvement initiatives. . **What We're Looking For** **Experience \& Education** * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations or supply chain. * Valid driver's license required. * Forklift certification or logistics\-related certifications are a plus. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Customer\-focused mindset with excellent communication skills. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * English communication skills preferred. * Team player with a proactive and problem\-solving approach. **Why Join World Courier?** * Be part of a global healthcare logistics leader. * Work in a highly specialized environment supporting life\-changing therapies. * Join an international team committed to quality, innovation and operational excellence. * Grow your career within Cencora, a company dedicated to creating healthier futures. **If you're passionate about logistics, operations and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.** **What Cencora offers** ======================= Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
