The essence of our reputation lies in our refined design, exclusive amenities, and unwavering commitment to sustainability. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CONNOISSEUR OF REFINEMENT** Your passion for detail will be applied to critical tasks that define our brand: * **High-Performance Room Cleaning & Tidying:** Perform daily and deep cleaning and tidying of suites, studios, and our Villa, adhering strictly to luxury service standards. * **Amenities & Design Management:** Ensure flawless replenishment and alignment across all common areas, guaranteeing that space design and décor are presented at their highest expression. * **Laundry Handling:** Manage, sort, wash, and iron guest laundry to the highest standard. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Proactively monitor and report any repair needs or malfunctions in equipment, furniture, and facilities to maintain luxury-level condition. * Maintenance and cleaning of various household appliances in guest rooms as well as in the laundry room, ensuring maximum durability and an excellent guest experience. * **Service in Common Areas:** Cleaning and care of common areas such as the Garden and Pool Area. **WHAT WE SEEK** * **Experience:** [1\-3] years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in 4/5-star hotels. * **Vision:** Ability to anticipate what a guest’s eyes expect to see. * **Essential Skills:** Autonomy, proactivity, excellent time management, and a strong sense of responsibility and discretion. * **Languages:** English proficiency (Portuguese and Spanish are a plus). **WHY JOIN CANTO DE LUZ?** We offer the opportunity to join a small, cohesive team proud to be a benchmark in Porto’s boutique sector. * Competitive remuneration. * Work in an inspiring design environment focused on environmental practices. * Training aligned with the most demanding standards of *housekeeping* in luxury hospitality.
