Develop and monitor operational KPIs DHL Freight, a leading company within the DHL Group and a market leader in international road transportation, is looking to hire a Traffic Technician \- International Road Transportation with the following profile: **Responsibilities** * Organize and oversee all transportation services, intervening whenever necessary to prevent or resolve potential anomalies. * Prepare all documentation supporting respective transportation activities and ensure applicable records are maintained in accordance with current procedures. * Provide comprehensive shipment tracking services upon request. * Manage all documentation supporting respective transportation activities and ensure applicable records are maintained in accordance with current procedures. * Develop and monitor operational KPIs, enabling real-time analysis of daily activities. **Education and Experience** Secondary education (Mandatory) or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Previous experience in operational departments Previous experience in the international road transportation sector (Mandatory) User-level computer skills, particularly intermediate-level Excel.
