Dynamic and collaborative work environment Securitas, the global leader in the Private Security sector — strongly committed to integrated technological security solutions and physical protection — is looking for a Technical Installation/Maintenance Technician responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security systems for corporate and residential clients. This role requires technical knowledge, field autonomy, diagnostic capability, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring efficient and secure operation of installed equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** · Perform tasks supporting the technician during installations and maintenance of equipment; · Ensure proper documentation of support provided during installations/maintenance in the technical report; · Provide remote technical support (telephone, Teams, e-mail, videoconference) or on-site support, as required; · Assist field technicians in diagnosing faults, configuring systems, and conducting system tests; · Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals; · Produce or update technical documentation, tutorials, checklists, and FAQs; · Support technician training; · Liaise with manufacturers when necessary (for second-level support). **Education and Experience** * Professional qualification in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, or related field. * Prior experience in installation and maintenance of security systems (preferred). * Security Technician Certification — valued. **Technical Knowledge** * Knowledge of IP networks (basic configuration, routers, switches) * Proficiency with alarm control panels, DVRs/NVRs, IP cameras, and management software * Sensors, control panels, DVRs/NVRs, monitoring software * Ability to read technical schematics and electronic project diagrams * Technical English for reading manuals and videos. **Personal Competencies** * Autonomy and accountability * Problem-solving and diagnostic ability * Strong communication skills and customer orientation * Rigor, organization, and attention to detail * Willingness to travel **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and industry-leading company in **Private Security**; * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Permanent employment contract; *We promote and support a diverse workforce at all levels of the company.
