TSmarts, a company within the CapCapital Group, is strengthening its structure by hiring a Quality Manager to assume a key role in consolidating and evolving the organization's Quality, Environment, and Safety systems.
**Role**
The Quality Manager’s primary mission is to ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of management systems, guaranteeing the company’s regulatory, legal, and operational compliance, in close coordination with management and operations departments.
Main Responsibilities:
– Maintenance, management, and continuous improvement of Quality, Environment, and Safety systems.
– Support and preparation for internal and external audits.
– Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
– Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation regarding Occupational Safety, Hygiene, and Health.
– Risk assessment, monitoring, and control of occupational hazards.
– Management of mandatory legal documentation in coordination with various partners, suppliers, and customers.
– Cross-departmental collaboration with operational and executive areas.
**Required Profile**
– Certification as a Senior Occupational Safety and Health Technician (VI).
– Specialized training in Quality, Safety, and Environment.
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles.
– Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
– Good knowledge of occupational safety and health legislation and regulations.
– Experience with occupational risk assessment and control methodologies.
– Proficiency in Portuguese, both spoken and written.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
– Preference for immediate availability.
