**Your daily responsibilities will include:**
* Supporting the development and monitoring of internal audit programs and plans;
* Independently organizing, conducting, and coordinating audit activities;
* Identifying process risks, evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls, and recommending new controls where appropriate;
* Performing specific tests aimed at assessing existing risks;
* Preparing reports with conclusions and recommendations;
* Developing and tracking action plans to monitor their implementation within defined deadlines;
* Supporting and coordinating internal audits in collaboration with the Group and/or external audits;
* Planning and delivering training/orientation sessions on safety, and raising employee awareness of existing risks and proper use of PPE;
* Investigating and analyzing workplace accidents, preparing root-cause reports, and defining corrective actions.
