Job Summary: We are seeking an ORVC Technician to carry out tasks related to Orientation, Recognition, Validation, and Certification of Competences, with a focus on reception, diagnosis, and process monitoring. Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Educational Sciences. 2. Experience in Adult Education and Training. 3. Interest in academic and vocational guidance. A higher education institution and educational organization intends to hire an ORVC Technician (Orientation, Recognition, Validation, and Certification of Competences). Applicants must meet the following requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology or Educational Sciences; \- Professional experience in Adult Education and Training (preferred); \- Professional experience in RVCC processes (preferred); \- Interest in the following areas: a) Academic and vocational guidance, b) Methodologies for supporting young people and adults across various training modalities, c) Methodologies for adult education and training, including competence assessment and portfolio development. \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \- Ability to work effectively in a team; \- Capacity for learning; \- Initiative, proactivity, dynamism, and creativity.
