What is this challenge about * Lead and develop a team of Product Owners across cards, credit, and internal platforms; * Act as a reference point for product functionality, business value, and operational impact; * Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Architecture teams; * Co\-design scalable and outcome\-driven solutions; * Support agile development practices without imposing rigid processes; * Translate business strategy into clear and executable product direction. What we are looking for * At least 7 years of professional experience as a Product Lead and at least 1 year of experience as a Lead; * Academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field; * Experience in banking or financial products (cards, credit, payments); * Strong technical fluency and experience working in agile environments; * Leadership skills with energy, resilience, and ownership mindset; * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
