Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for the assembly, repair, and inspection of industrial equipment, with a focus on overhead cranes, ensuring correct execution and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the organization and execution of industrial equipment assembly. 2. Perform electrical installations and load tests on overhead cranes. 3. Provide assistance and carry out mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs. Are you ready to take your maintenance career to the next level? Clan is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a leading company specializing in the manufacturing of industrial equipment. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in assembly planning: client meetings, providing information on requirements and forecasts, managing truck loading, analyzing installation spaces and procedures, etc.; - Executing the assembly of lifting equipment, performing required operations (welding, installing lifelines, etc.), and verifying correct execution; - Performing electrical installations and commissioning of overhead cranes, including respective load tests; - Refurbishment of older overhead cranes (mechanical and electrical); - Assisting and carrying out mechanical, sheet metal, electrical, and electronic repairs on standard overhead cranes; - Conducting inspections and maintenance interventions according to established protocols; - Repairing, installing, and commissioning special overhead cranes (e.g., frequency inverters and PLCs); - Complying with company guidelines regarding occupational health and safety and environmental management. Requirements: - Technical education at the 12th-grade level or a CET (Technological Specialization Certificate) in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Electricity; - Training in working at heights (preferred); - Experience in assembling and repairing electromechanical machinery and installations; - Experience interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints, and operating elevated work platforms; - Proficiency in MS Office; - Customer-oriented profile, capable of working autonomously and efficiently; - Teamwork mindset and openness to change; - Willingness to travel and work overtime; - Valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle. What we offer: - Direct contract with the client; - Base salary adjusted according to candidate experience; - Meal allowance of €8.44/day via meal card, plus daily allowances of €4.23/day for external work or €2.98/day for workshop work; - Productivity bonus every 6 months; - Christmas basket gift.
