Drive consistent enterprise-wide integration practices **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Own and define cross\-domain integration architecture, ensuring scalable and reliable data flows across products and business capabilities; * Design and govern enterprise integration patterns, promoting API\-first, event\-driven and microservices approaches while preventing brittle point\-to\-point integrations; * Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to decentralized engineering teams, establishing standards, guardrails and reducing technical debt; * Act as the strategic bridge between product, architecture and middleware teams, driving operating models and ensuring consistent enterprise\-wide integration practices. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise application integration, API management and event\-driven architectures within complex environments; * Proven experience designing and governing modern integration patterns, including REST, GraphQL, gRPC, event brokers and microservices architectures; * Previous experience working with middleware/ESB platforms (webMethods) and cloud\-native data integration tools (Azure Data Factory) will be valued; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Organizational and communication skills.
