Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and innovative Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team and develop visual materials for online and offline campaigns in the fashion industry. Forte Store Group, a leading fashion retail company in Portugal, is strengthening its Marketing \& Communications team by hiring a creative, innovative, and fashion-passionate Designer. **Responsibilities** * Creation of communication materials for online and offline campaigns (social media, website, newsletters, posters, flyers, window displays, etc.); * Development of visual concepts for collections and promotional activities; * Collaboration with the Marketing department in defining visual identity and *rebranding* of group brands; * Support in producing digital content (images, *motion graphics*, simple video); * Ensuring graphic and aesthetic consistency across all platforms and media; * Close collaboration with e\-commerce and social media teams. **Candidate Profile:** * Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent; * Proficiency in *Adobe Creative Suite* (*Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere* are valued); * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred but not mandatory); * Creativity, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sense; * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously; * Interest in the fashion industry and visual trends; * Team spirit, proactivity, and willingness to innovate. **We Offer:** Integration into a solid and growing fashion group; A dynamic and creative environment with space for ideas and innovation; Opportunities for career growth within the company; Competitive salary package commensurate with demonstrated experience.
