Job Summary: We are seeking a professional, dynamic, and organized Tourism Technician to handle customer service, organize tourist circuits, conduct sales, and manage reservations. Key Highlights: 1. Reservation management and commercial follow-up **HL Viagens e Turismo**, with a physical store located in Gondomar, is recruiting a professional, dynamic, organized, and responsible Tourism Technician to perform the following duties: \* In-person and telephone customer service, strong communication skills, and personalized customer counseling. \* Organizing tourist circuits, selling tourism packages, and designing customized travel itineraries. \* Familiarity with airline and tourism reservation platforms and systems. \* Knowledge of Incoming Tourism programming. \* Management of hotel, transportation, and transfer reservations. \* Customized Incoming Tourism itineraries. \* Budget management, reservation handling, and commercial follow-up. \* Organization of cultural, gastronomic, and nature tours. \* Recruiting professionals (guides / interpreters) to accompany visitors during their stay. \* Fluent in English and Spanish. \* General administrative tasks typical of a travel agency. **Requirements:** \* Secondary education qualification. \* Professional experience of 3 to 5 years. \* Computer literacy. \* Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience. **Work Location: Gondomar** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Work Mode: On-site Send CV to: geral@hlviagens.pt Educational Qualifications: * Secondary education (Mandatory) Experience: * Travel agency: 2 years (Mandatory) Language: * English / Spanish (Mandatory) Work Mode: On-site
