Responsibilities: Preparation and cooking of meals; Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and other equipment; Performing tasks in accordance with Food Hygiene, Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations; Supporting the kitchen team. Requirements: Proficiency in Portuguese (intermediate level); Specific experience in Portuguese cuisine; Sensitivity in cost and waste management; Good knowledge of HACCP; Enjoyment of teamwork; Responsible, punctual, and regular in attendance; Strong organizational and cleaning skills; Polite, dynamic, and proactive.
