We are looking for a Quality Controller who will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all production and administrative processes with defined standards, as well as promoting continuous improvement throughout the value chain. Responsibilities: * Implement, monitor and optimize quality control systems; * Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), transforming data into strategic action plans; * Conduct internal audits and support external audits; * Identify and report non-conformities, ensuring the implementation of corrective action plans; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen a culture of quality and innovation. Requirements: * Higher education in Engineering, Quality Management or related field (preferable); * Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or management roles (preferable); * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (preferable); * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strategic vision; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
