A leading company in the financial sector seeks to recruit a **Business Support IT Technician** for its offices in Porto. **Responsibilities:** \-Ensure management of assigned activities and projects; \-Provide IT-related user support; \- \-Monitor equipment, system, and application performance, identifying and resolving failures; \-Ensure configuration, development, installation, and maintenance of systems and applications; \-Gather functional and technical requirements for applying fixes and developing new functionalities; \-Conduct application testing; \-Participate in IT projects aimed at implementing identified solutions; \-Act as liaison with vendors to resolve issues or develop new solutions; \-Prepare documentation related to activities, including functional and technical documentation. **Profile:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering, or postgraduate qualification in technology-related fields; \- Experience / participation in large-scale IT projects; \- Knowledge of software development (e.g., C# and SQL Server); \- Understanding of system architecture and integration; \- Analytical ability and capability to design complex technological solutions involving system integration; \- Strong commitment, focus, and delivery capability; \- Knowledge of Accipiens (Preferred).
