Work in an environment based on equity, integrity, and diversity ###### **WORKPLACE:** **Lisbon (On\-Site)** ###### **PROFILE:** * Academic qualifications at the 12th year level; * At least 1 year of professional experience in onsite technical support for advanced users; * Experience in hardware maintenance; * Strong knowledge of operating systems: Windows, macOS, iOS and Android; * Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP); * Knowledge of network data storage (NAS); * Excellent communication skills; * Strong analytical skills, autonomy and proactivity in problem\-solving; * Team\-oriented mindset.
