SPACE RENTAL . Monday to Friday (except holidays) 10:00–19:00 – Subject to consultation . Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays Minimum 3 hours; €40 per hour = €120 Subsequent hours: €30/hour Examples: 4-hour rental – €150 5-hour rental – €180 Full day (10:00–19:30) – €250 *Minimum 3 hours – €120 (subject to availability) . CONDITIONS / PAYMENT • Maximum capacity: 50/55 people (adults and children; max. 25 children) • Mandatory 50% deposit upon reservation • Remaining 50% plus security deposit due on the day of the party/event • Security deposit refunded at the end of the party/event, provided the space is left tidy, clean, and vacated within the contracted time frame.
