To join the **Information Technologies Department**, we seek a professional based in **Porto**, who will assume, among other responsibilities: * Provide end-user support (Help Desk); * Configure and maintain equipment; * Manage inventory; * Monitor and maintain systems; * Analyze problems, proactively resolve them, and document activities; * Prepare manuals and FAQs; * Collaborate with other team members; * Train users. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Professional course in Information Technology or relevant higher education qualification for this role, notably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering; * Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience; * Knowledge of operating system installation and configuration; * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks; * Equipment maintenance; * End-user support and communication skills; * Organizational and documentation skills, including ticket logging and manual preparation; * Ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues; * Develop methods and tools to automate processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level; * English language proficiency.
