




Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance of industrial production, recording interventions and monitoring systems. Professional development within a financially solid company Mission Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, infrastructure, systems, and devices—both existing and newly installed—within the company, supporting optimal industrial production performance. Responsibilities Carry out maintenance and repair interventions on equipment and infrastructure Diagnose, repair, and validate equipment functionality Ensure up-to-date maintenance records for equipment Repair parts for workshop stock Read and consult technical manuals for machines or components, applying their concepts Perform scheduled preventive maintenance routines Monitor operation and repair mechanical equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, automation components, and electrical systems Record all performed interventions Technical Competencies Secondary education (12th grade); Technical Electromechanical or Maintenance Technician qualification; Experience in industrial equipment repair and maintenance; Knowledge of industrial mechanics; Familiarity with mechanical systems and components (gearboxes, motors, bearings, couplings, water and oil circulation pumps [mechanical seals], oil seals, gaskets, general mechanical systems); Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and automation; Maintenance techniques; Experience with Offset printing machines (preferred); Knowledge of food safety concepts (preferred) Behavioral Competencies Adaptability Customer Orientation Results Orientation Positivity (Attitude and Commitment) Attendance Punctuality Availability Attention to Detail Analytical Ability Teamwork Methodical Approach Teamwork Role Context Integration into the Industrial Team Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor Integration into a company with strong financial stability Professional development Participation in a young and dynamic team Remuneration based on experience and demonstrated capability.
