In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving digital upskilling programs that prepare individuals and teams with future-oriented competencies. You will combine pedagogical knowledge with change management practices to ensure learning initiatives generate tangible organizational impact. Your responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and deliver training on Digital Skills * Adapt training content to diverse participant profiles (basic, intermediate, and advanced) * Develop and update instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises * Monitor and evaluate trainee progress to ensure effective learning * Provide technical and pedagogical support to participants, clarifying doubts and promoting best practices in technology usage **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in Microsoft 365 * Trainer certification (CCP – Pedagogical Competence Certificate) – mandatory * Proficiency in core Microsoft 365 tools * Ability to adapt to diverse audiences and teaching methodologies * Strong communication, collaboration, and growth mindset skills * Excellent communication and didactic abilities * Experience developing pedagogical content * Online training experience (Teams) is highly valued
