The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87\.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide. **Job Description** * Drive the adoption of lean and agile leadership practices, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across the organization. * Lead the transformation journey, supporting strategic management and providing a clear reference framework. * Coordinate with Engineering Functional Areas, ensuring collaboration and alignment with transformation goals. * Develop and empower people by promoting learning and supporting skills in transformation and change management processes. * Inspire the organization with a clear vision, minimizing barriers and enabling effective transformation. * Monitor and report key performance indicators to measure transformation impact. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field. * Training in Lean methodologies and other relevant areas. * Fluency in English (written and spoken). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking with experience leading organizational transformations. * Proven ability to influence and inspire across all organizational levels. * Excellent decision\-making and change management skills. * Strong focus on collaboration and achieving measurable results. **Additional Information** Ready to take your career to the next level?
