We seek a **professional with strong commercial abilities**, a **passion for decoration/interiors**, and the willingness to work in an in-store role involving customer service, consultation, and sales. This is a **commercial role with sales targets**, yet one deeply rooted in **furniture, decoration**, and **interior design consulting**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and assist customers in-store; * Identify each customer’s needs, preferences, and goals; * Advise on furniture solutions suitable for space, style, and budget; * Present products, materials, finishes, and available options; * Prepare commercial proposals and support the sales process; * Contribute to the store’s commercial objectives; * Support showroom and warehouse organization, ensuring high-quality presentation of spaces; * Manage store inventory; * Coordinate with internal teams as needed. **Mandatory Requirements for This Role:** * **Availability to work weekends and holidays** (eliminatory); * **Interest in furniture, interiors, and home solutions**; * Enjoyment of direct customer interaction; * Strong communication and advisory skills; * **Aesthetic sensitivity** and attention to detail; * Organization, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * **Sales experience**, personalized customer service, furniture, and decoration; * Education in interior design, decoration, product design, or related fields — not mandatory but highly relevant.
