Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Accountant to ensure technical compliance in accounting and tax matters, with a focus on preparing and submitting tax declarations and managing tax obligations. Experience with SAP and knowledge of Portuguese taxation Auditaccount is currently recruiting a Certified Accountant for service provision. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure technical compliance in accounting and tax matters; * Preparation and signing of financial statements; * Preparation and submission of tax returns (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Stamp Duty Tax, and others); * Management of tax obligations with the Portuguese Tax Authority; * Submission of SAF-T, DMR, and other mandatory reporting files; * Support in calculating tax estimates; * Preparation of information for INE, Banco de Portugal, and other entities; * Support in financial statement consolidation processes; * Assistance in preparing transfer pricing documentation; * Use and analysis of data in SAP. REQUIREMENTS / PROFILE: * Valid and active registration with the Order of Certified Accountants (OCC); * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Certified Accountant; * Minimum 2 years’ experience with SAP; * Solid knowledge of Portuguese taxation; * Knowledge of IAS/IFRS standards; * High level of accuracy, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
