




D'accord is a company specialized in Human Resources management, focused on connecting the best talents with the best opportunities, maintaining a strong commitment to excellence and professional development. **Job Description:** * Monitor and manage terminal operations in real-time through the Terminal Operating System. * Dispatch and control container handling equipment (quay cranes, yard cranes, terminal tractors, reach stackers, trucks). * Allocate and optimize equipment resources, ensuring efficient and productive distribution across the terminal. * Coordinate with ship, yard, and gate teams to align operations and minimize delays. * Identify and resolve operational issues, breakdowns, or delays, ensuring immediate corrective actions. * Maintain real-time operational visibility, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. * Communicate with operators and supervisors to track task execution, manage exceptions, and ensure workflow continuity. * Accurately record incidents, deviations, and performance data in the TOS and reporting systems. * Collaborate with supervisors, planners, and maintenance teams to ensure operational continuity. * Participate in shift handovers and briefings, ensuring consistency between teams. * Support the operations control room with real-time updates and performance information. * Monitor and analyze terminal performance indicators (KPIs) — such as moves per hour, equipment utilization rate, and truck turnaround time — taking proactive measures to improve efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Maritime Transport, or related field. * Experience with Navis N4 TOS or equivalent systems (preferred). * Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory). * Availability to work shifts (mandatory) – Monday to Friday. * Work authorization in the European Union or valid residence permit/work authorization in Portugal (mandatory). **Offer:** \- Direct contract with client; \- Integration into a company with strong growth in the Iberian region.
