To coordinate the team of mechanics/mechatronics technicians for automobiles in Marco de Canaveses, reporting to the RAPV, your main **challenges will include:** * Ensure human and material resource management to plan, assign, and guide daily workshop tasks; * Supervise and ensure application of repair methods and brand standards; * Monitor key business indicators (NPS, productivity, efficiency, profitability); * Guarantee the quality of work performed by the team within defined timeframes. * Act sustainably by sorting and treating generated waste. **If your profile matches our requirements, apply now:** * Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a Workshop Manager (preferred qualification); * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; * Aptitude and focus on objective-driven work; * High organizational, communication, and teamwork capabilities; * Dynamism, initiative, and proactivity; * High stress-management ability and capacity to define priorities; * Multitasking skills; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Good user-level computer skills; * Willingness to travel; * Residence in Marco de Canaveses or adjacent areas.
