We are looking for a **Workshop Manager** with solid technical expertise and leadership capability to manage workshop operations and guarantee the highest service quality standards — a central figure in this new and exciting project. **Your Responsibilities** • Technical and operational management of the workshop • Leadership, supervision, and training of the mechanic team • Diagnosis, planning, and monitoring of repair work • Monitoring of consumables and promoting waste reduction • Management of service orders, deadlines, and priorities • Ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and best-practice standards • Interaction with customers at the technical reception and reporting on work progress • Delivering the best possible experience to all customers visiting us **Hard Skills** Automotive Mechanics (multi-brand) Diagnosis & OBD Systems Organization & Planning Preventive Maintenance **Soft Skills** Leadership & Technical Guidance Problem Solving Communication & Assertiveness Results/Quality Orientation Requirements: * Category B driver’s license (mandatory) * Technical training in automotive mechanics (preferred) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles * Knowledge of OBD diagnostic systems (mandatory) **Applications:** Email: felgueiras@roady.pt Phone: 910 038 821 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €1,500.00 – €1,750.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/voucher * Free parking Work Location: On-site
