Dynamic, results-oriented industrial environment Nortempo is recruiting a **Technician / Section Head – Upholstery Section** (M/F) for a prestigious client located in **Porto**, with the objective of integrating and supporting the implementation of a new production area. The selected professional will play an essential role in launching the upholstery section, ensuring operational coordination of the team and guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, product quality, and production efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Support the implementation and launch of the new upholstery section * Operate the area’s activities, ensuring adherence to production deadlines * Organize and supervise team work * Execute and monitor upholstery production processes * Operate and supervise CNC cutting of materials (fabrics and PET) * Perform and/or supervise foam cutting and sewing processes * Ensure final product quality and compliance with specifications * Guarantee on-time delivery of orders **Requirements** -------------- * Proven experience in similar roles within the upholstery sector * Technical knowledge in: + CNC cutting of fabrics and PET + Foam cutting + Sewing + Upholstery production processes * Experience in an industrial environment * Strong organizational and team coordination skills * Operational, practical, and results-oriented profile * Technical autonomy and sense of responsibility * Leadership and team management capabilities **Offer** ---------- * Integration into a strategic project in a growth phase * Opportunity to assume a key role in launching a new area * Salary conditions commensurate with demonstrated experience * Dynamic, results-oriented industrial environment
