As a Procurement Analyst on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Are you in? **Your Role** Key responsibilities in your new role You will be responsible for ensuring smooth procurement operations by managing purchase orders, vendor communication, and supporting process improvements while maintaining alignment with corporate purchasing standards. * **Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders** and transmit them to external vendors * **Monitor purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery timelines** to ensure smooth processes * Ensure **data accuracy** in purchase requests and purchase orders, aligning with **Infineon’s purchasing processes and guidelines** * **Communicate with local purchasing organizations and suppliers** to resolve operational issues * Apply **corporate supplier engagement principles** to strengthen vendor relationships * Collaborate with teams to **identify and implement improvement opportunities** in procurement workflow **Your Profile** Qualifications and skills to help you succeed The ideal candidate for this role is a detail\-oriented, proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments. * A **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics**, or an equivalent field * Experience with **Microsoft Office tools** (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantage * Exposure to Shared Service Organizations (SSO) is a plus * A team\-oriented and **motivated attitude, able to quickly learn and adapt** * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining **attention to detail** * **Strong communication and problem\-solving skills**, with an understanding of cross\-cultural differences * **Fluency in English** (written and spoken) **Contact:** Mariana Pinho, LinkedIn **\#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.** As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game\-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
