COFCO International is seeking a dedicated and experienced Master Data Management Specialist to manage and maintain the organization’s Master Data, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance.

We are currently looking for a dedicated, detail\-oriented and experienced Master Data Management Specialist (MDM Specialist) to join our team in the Porto office.
Job Purpose
Management and maintenance of the organization’s Master Data in the MDM system(s). This includes perform Master Data Management and Data Governance activities to ensure Master Data quality, consistency across systems and compliance with the organization’s policies.
Responsibilities
Respond to MDM enquiries from Business Units (BU)
Manage MDM Change Requests (e.g., Business Partners, G/L Accounts) with more complexity following predefined MDM processes and policies
Ensure consistency and accuracy of Master Data across systems
Support End\-users with MDM Change Requests and Incidents submission
Perform basic Master Data Quality checks
Support business, IT projects or/and MDM teams with Master Data Quality activities
Support MDM Team, Business Units (BU) and Process Experts (PE) to resolve Master Data issues
Support with MDM policies, procedures and standards definition
Support with the creation and maintenance of MDM educational material
Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
Master data maintenance SLA is consistently achieved
The agreed level of support for any parallel projects is consistently achieved
Defined yearly objectives achieved
**Education and Qualifications:**
Bachelor / Master degree with ability to understand both IT and Business concepts and tools
**Experience:**
2 to 3 years experience in MDM operations
**Skills:**
Knowledge of Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance processes and concepts.
Ability to analyze and solve MDM basic issues with more autonomy.
Organizational skills (ability to efficiently prioritize, handle multiple tasks and deadlines).
Teams spirit and communication
Experience in working in an international environment
Very good interpersonal skills, with outstanding customer service and “can do” mentality
Strong analytical capacity and attention to detail
Tools
Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suit
Intermediate use of SAP systems (e.g., MDG, ERP)
Intermediate use of Microsoft SharePoint
