Objective-based work GrupoConcept, the largest Portuguese franchising group operating in beauty, aesthetics, and wellness—with international presence under the brands BodyConcept and DepilConcept—is seeking an **Area Manager** to join its Operations Department. **Responsibilities** * Supporting franchised clinics in operational/commercial business analysis * Analyzing, training, and developing sales teams * Analyzing KPIs and implementing corresponding action plans * Defining strategies aimed at increasing business volume **Requirements** * Higher education degree or bachelor's degree * Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in similar roles * Hands-on profile, managing through influence, persuasion, and interpersonal skills * Proven experience with Microsoft applications (Excel; Word; PowerPoint) * Availability to travel between Lisbon and southern regions of the country. **Profile** * Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity * Strong communication and adaptability skills * Preference for objective-based work * Ability to manage under pressure * Conditions * Integration into a stable project with growth prospects * Employment contract * Base salary + bonuses * Strong potential for career progression and development.
