Passion for culinary arts and leadership ability **Job Posting: Head Chef** Location: Restaurant in Penafiel Working Hours: 9:00-14:30 and 19:00-22:00 Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:00 to 17:00 Days off: Wednesdays; closed on Sunday evenings. We are looking for a talented and dedicated Head Chef to join our team in Penafiel. The ideal candidate should possess passion for culinary arts, leadership ability, and competence in kitchen management. **Responsibilities:** - Preparation of detailed technical sheets for each dish. - Management and optimization of dish costs. - Supervision and coordination of the kitchen team. - Ensuring quality and presentation of served dishes. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Head Chef. - Skills in cost management and technical sheet preparation. - Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. - Availability to work from Thursday to Tuesday. **We Offer:** - Competitive salary calculated based on hours worked. - Day off on Wednesdays and one Sunday off per month. - Dynamic and welcoming work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth and development.
