We are organized into three areas, each with distinct responsibilities: * Replenishment \- We ensure product availability for our customers, partnering with teams across other departments and anticipating stock needs according to sales forecasts and commercial calendars; * Picking \- We collect, pack, and deliver orders directly to our in-store customers or prepare shipments via our transportation service; * Loading and Unloading \- We receive products and replenish them into their respective sales areas, handling pallet trucks and/or forklifts. **Together as a Team** Inspired by our Swedish roots and humanistic vision, IKEA fosters a unique culture.
