Job Description: \- Coordinate sustainability certification processes in collaboration with project teams; \- Prepare, analyze, and organize documentation and evidence for BREEAM, LEED, and other sustainability standards; \- Support operational asset assessments, including performance analysis and building management evidence; \- Submit technical documentation and monitor certification processes with competent authorities; \- Prepare technical documentation, dossiers, and certification procedures. Professional Profile: \- Higher education degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field; \- Fluency in Portuguese and English; \- Knowledge of the European Taxonomy and sustainability standards, particularly BREEAM, LEED, or similar (a valued asset); \- Ability to analyze technical reports, especially in HVAC, acoustics, and energy, and assess their compliance with certification criteria; \- Excellent written communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation.
