Currently, we are undergoing strong national and international expansion, which creates the need to hire a **Maintenance Manager / Coordinator.** You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across our network of fuel stations, supported also by partner companies for preventive maintenance. The role includes evaluating and planning required works. Availability for travel and frequent mobility is required to carry out and/or supervise interventions in person across the national territory and in Spain. Your RESPONSIBILITIES will include: Visiting various fuel stations, with an average of 2–3 days per week spent on-site. Receiving, classifying, and prioritizing incidents via the management application. Assigning appropriate suppliers for each incident and for preventive maintenance. Supervising installations and technical and mechanical components, both at operational stations and newly opened ones. Planning and organizing required works, as well as monitoring and controlling ongoing construction and/or remodeling projects. Budget management, placing orders, coordinating with partner companies, and supplier invoice control. Administrative management of works (budgets, invoices, etc.), including certifications, periodic maintenance reviews, and inspections. Preparing periodic reports. Proposing technical improvements to facilities and other optimization initiatives. Implementing and monitoring compliance with applicable legislation. Sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers. Implementing defined maintenance standards and protocols. What we expect from you: Higher technical-professional qualification in Maintenance, Electrical and Automatic Installations Technician, or equivalent. Solid knowledge of maintenance, construction, equipment, etc. Service orientation and internal customer focus. Experience working under high-pressure conditions, with emphasis on quality and attention to detail. Availability for frequent travel, including overnight stays when necessary.
