Job Summary: Group ACA is seeking a Site Manager with experience in Electromechanical Engineering to manage AVAC projects, coordinate resources, and assume technical responsibility for execution. REF: ACA/DO/MEC Porto, Portugal In line with the expansion of its operations, Group ACA intends to strengthen its Production Department by hiring: **Site Manager (Electromechanical Engineering) – National (m/f)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage AVAC projects according to project and client specifications; * Submit continuous/periodic production and billing records; * Manage human and mechanical resources deployed on contracts; * Assume technical responsibility for project execution; * Prepare work reports and measurement reports, as well as management control reports (production, billing); * Prepare the final project report; **Required Profile:** * Academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field; * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project software; * Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; * Leadership ability and teamwork capability; * Willingness to travel nationwide whenever required; **We Offer:** * Integration into a dynamic team and multinational business environment; * Opportunities for learning and professional development; * Compensation commensurate with the role's requirements;
